Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising (or Paid Search) refers to paying a fee every time a visitor clicks on your advertisement placed in a search engine results page. These ads are typically displayed on the top and right hand side of the search engine results page. Promediacorp currently works with Google Adwords and Bing Ads paid search platforms. This “cost per click” program charges the advertiser only when their ad is clicked. The search engines show paid placement listings as “Sponsor Listings”, which are distinguished from the organic listings.
Why Pay Per Click Works:

- Scalable: Pay-Per-Click implements a proxy-bidding methodology, where you set the maximum amount you wish to spend per keyword. You can spend as little as $5 dollars a day to have your ads prominently displayed on page one, and stop your ads from displaying whenever you wish at the click of a button.
The more optimized the campaign, the lower the cost per click for the advertiser. Over the years, more and more features have been added to the platforms which can be extremely beneficial to the Advertiser if used properly, yet confusing to the user who is not familiar with the interface.
