BMW i Ventures ‘Shark Tank’ Meetup

Our friends and hosts at BMW i Ventures will be hosting their next “Shark Tank” style meetup this Monday, April 28. The event will take place in our offices at 95 Morton St, Suite 7N (West Village), at 7:00pm.

The following startups have been selected to pitch:

Placemeter – Smart data for places

DriveScribe – Safe Driving Coach

Parkt – Connects parking with local businesses

Transit App – Moving cities forward

Dashride – ‘Shopify’ for limousine companies

Every startup will have 3-5 min to present their company and product/service. Afterward, each member of the expert panel will ask a question and will give some feedback. The panel consists of Brian Cohen (Chairman NY Angels), Joshua Siegel (MD at Georgetown Angels) and Dr. Ulrich Quay, (MD at BMW i Ventures). The audience will be allowed to answer 2 questions per startup as well. After the presentations. the sharks will announce the panel- and audience-choice winner.
